We Need You! Donate, Throw a Party, Share on FB!

September 20, 2015

You can help Phinney’s in so many ways to achieve its goals of keeping animals and their owners together in times of crisis. Here are three interesting ways you might want to take on.

The easiest and most effective – donate money!
Any amount, big or small, is greatly appreciated, and helps us pay vet bills and purchase pet food, supplies, and cover other operating costs. We are a registered nonprofit, so your donations are tax deductible.

Throw a party and collect donations!
Are you hosting a birthday party—your own or your dog or cat’s? Celebrating a retirement? Getting hitched? Consider inviting your guests to make a donation to Phinney’s Friends in lieu of gifts. Several of our supporters have come up with fun and creative ways to combine the celebration of a special event with their love of animals and Phinney’s. It’s a win-win situation every time. Contact us if you need ideas or help organizing an event.

Social Media
Social Media is a great way to spread the word about Phinney’s Friends. We are always posting on Facebook and Twitter about animals in need of foster, upcoming events and fundraisers. So please Like Us and share these with your friends and followers. If you can’t help directly, maybe someone you know can. And if that friend responds, well, you ended up having a huge impact in the life of that pet and his family. It’s all about team effort. If you’d like to know about more ways to help, check out our web page, where you can find many more ideas.

Thank you for your support!
